The Artful Living Workbook & Challenge

Art, design, and beauty ground us in the present moment.

Living artfully is stopping to smell the flowers. Having our home sanctuaries where we are surrounded by beauty, inspiration, and our people is what keeps us recharged and ready for what’s outside of our doors. When we take care of ourselves, we can better keep our hearts open and be there for others. That's a beautiful thing.

It’s what’s truly valuable about Living Artfully.

In the spirit of embracing more beauty and presence in our lives I’ve created a free PDF and 10 week challenge!

This workbook is filled with both playful and practical sensually focused exercises that will help us all stay grounded and embrace more beauty in our lives through the holiday season and beyond.

The goal of challenge is to infuse our day to day lives with more presence, more gratitude, and more sensual joy.

Its aim is to get us in the habit of noticing, embracing, and pursuing more of the beauty around us.

It invites us to love our lives a little more each week.

It’s packed with exercises that are fun and satisfying!

The best thing about these exercises is that the rules are loose. I’ve added instructions for picking an exercise each week but you can really pick whichever you like. The guidelines are designed to inspire you to stick to 10 weeks of exercises, and to make this an enjoyable repeated exercise that can be different with each run through!

It’s versatile :  If you miss a week - just pick up where you left off! If you want to jump in on week 3 or  jumble some of the exercises - go for it. If you complete the booklet and want to dive back in - start over. There are enough exercises to keep you going for 40 weeks without repeating a single exercise, and repeating them can also be enjoyable!

Challenge yourself to 10 weeks of these exercises and see how you feel at the end!!!

Join me by downloading the pdf at the link below and share about your own experiences in the Your Authentic Facebook Group. I’m excited to chat with you there about it!
